How Sad a Passage

COUNTESS "This young gentlewoman had a father,--O, that 'had'! how sad a passage 'tis!--whose skill was almost as great as his honesty; had it stretched so far, would have made nature immortal, and death should have play for lack of work." -Act I scene i, All's Well that Ends Well.

Vouchsafe your rest here

If it will please you
To show us so much gentry and good will
As to expend your time with us awhile,
For the supply and profit of our hope,
Your visitation shall receive such thanks
As fits a king's remembrance.

He never puts a note wrong, the old fool, on any random page. On any random night. A shame not to be on the overnight flight to witness possible further English potential glory, but these are the days. And this traveler is pretty fortunate, as everyone knows.

Not enough time to write as much as is thought. Saved for another day. And happy TFI.
