How Sad a Passage

COUNTESS "This young gentlewoman had a father,--O, that 'had'! how sad a passage 'tis!--whose skill was almost as great as his honesty; had it stretched so far, would have made nature immortal, and death should have play for lack of work." -Act I scene i, All's Well that Ends Well.

Convolutions

Another DM gem from the complicated calls as we head into the summer of increasingly complex energy rate negotiations on multiple fronts.  So far so good for the May abstention from Twitter and booze, feeling the effects on both the stomach and book reading fronts.  AA’s leap to walking across the room and ability to entertain himself also contributing greatly to the general sense of well-being.  Still similar old hang-ups though - finances, in-laws, focus on others versus family, and so forth.

Tears just the day after the license success, and thoughts of a Zambia summer escape without you.

Frustration in the preparation for the dinner as well, with IKEA boxes and food prep and the child.  Everything needs to be so carefully considered given the shifting moods.  But it all seems to work out, when rounded with a little sleep.  Despite the “convolutions” at play.
