How Sad a Passage

COUNTESS "This young gentlewoman had a father,--O, that 'had'! how sad a passage 'tis!--whose skill was almost as great as his honesty; had it stretched so far, would have made nature immortal, and death should have play for lack of work." -Act I scene i, All's Well that Ends Well.

Oysters, Guinness, and Sack

“If I had a thousand sons, the first humane principle I would teach them should be, to forswear thin potations and to addict themselves to sack.” -Falstaff

Ah, Sir John, wooing me off good port once again. In all a good night. Godspeed to Prof Randy Pausch, he of the true last lecture, the head fakes, brick walls that let us show true dedication, long term earnest, and the clear vision of the promised land.

Kent Couch, Red Rider

Lawn chair flying man - peace, serenity. Cherry Kool Aid the sponsor.

Honestly, think of something crazy and then see if someone has done it.

A night of C's confusion and the ette, Carlin and Ali and Zeppelin. Courage Lutz. Two weeks.

Queen Jane Approximately

"What is more excellent than eloquence, in the admiration of the hearers, or in the expectation of those in need of its assistance, or in the gratitude of those who have been defended by the orator?"

(Would you believe/how would you doubt) - Cicero

The countdown goes on and on. Nice catches tonight, Mcmahon. The sun and moon smile, and encourage. 3 weeks tonight for the next journey. Days until the grand escape. A la prochaine doesn't get it, but we are learning... Can we Florida for Obama in too??

TFI at the Embassy

"I had reread the journals under high-desert light and seen they were records of what alchemists called the Black Work, the time when a substance is sealed into an airless bottle and left until it has transmuted into the numinous, into the possibility of freedom."

How's that for a sentence - Mary Sojourner.

Is this a real-level prospect or a fact-finding mission?
