How Sad a Passage

COUNTESS "This young gentlewoman had a father,--O, that 'had'! how sad a passage 'tis!--whose skill was almost as great as his honesty; had it stretched so far, would have made nature immortal, and death should have play for lack of work." -Act I scene i, All's Well that Ends Well.

The last day of 36

No June 6 + 2 reminder this year, but no matter.  Nothing else unique or surprising planned for tomorrow, but no matter.  France is the word, and another life-defining trip in the works that has been on the mind since at least Brazil two years ago.  A reminder that such events do ultimately catch up to you with the passage of time, regardless of how far in advance they are plotted.  The matches and the TMB all in front of you, all that is left to live deeply in those moments and enjoy them.  Who will be the Estacinho character this time?  Look forward to finding out.

June Fifth was solidly celebrated, with foggy morning sailing, Guinness, records, and some flights of delicious wine.  More to follow, I am sure.  Let's arrange for some Harvey Wallbangers and see what happens next...  And roll right up into the flight to Lyon.  Ah yes.
