How Sad a Passage

COUNTESS "This young gentlewoman had a father,--O, that 'had'! how sad a passage 'tis!--whose skill was almost as great as his honesty; had it stretched so far, would have made nature immortal, and death should have play for lack of work." -Act I scene i, All's Well that Ends Well.

I would thou wouldst be...

CLOWN.
Give me thy hand. I will swear to the Prince thou art as
honest a true fellow as any is in Bohemia.

SHEPHERD.
You may say it, but not swear it.

CLOWN.
Not swear it, now I am a gentleman? Let boors and franklins
say it: I'll swear it.

SHEPHERD.
How if it be false, son?

CLOWN.
If it be ne'er so false, a true gentleman may swear it in
the behalf of his friend. And I'll swear to the Prince thou art a
tall fellow of thy hands and that thou wilt not be drunk; but I
know thou art no tall fellow of thy hands and that thou wilt be
drunk. But I'll swear it; and I would thou wouldst be a tall
fellow of thy hands.

AUTOLYCUS.
I will prove so, sir, to my power.

CLOWN.
Ay, by any means, prove a tall fellow. If I do not wonder
how thou dar'st venture to be drunk not being a tall fellow,
trust me not. Hark! the kings and the princes, our kindred, are
going to see the Queen's picture. Come, follow us; we'll be thy
good masters.

Exeunt
'Tis done. And the incredible appearing refund appears to allow even more savings and opportunities for the odyssey. Halifax to Rome, Munchen to Halifax over 6 months - Oktoberfest, as foreseen spontaneously on the beaches of Tulum. Now we just need to sort out the rest of September post-Latvia. What an itinerary for 6 months, the thinking has made it so. Funny how life works.
For Yol bilen kervana katilmaz. He who knows the road does not join the caravan.

"Why do we drink alcohol? ... Because when we are drunk, everything is crazy, everything is adventure..." Classic quote. Me gusto. Mexico a revelation, spanish and tango to be learned, more ridiculous trips to be orchestrated as the days roll on. And on.

What's Next

Process of clearing the final major hurdle begun yesternight, successfully. There may even be unthoughtof options available, which could fit with the current schedule. Good to think on, especially while lying in the Mexican sun. Who knows, but confirmation once again that this is the necessary path. Signapore email as well, and as with Istanbul, you know that will prove a riotous event. Must off to catch the bus. Outstanding.

I Make Not, But Forsee

ALEXAS
Soothsayer!

Soothsayer
Your will?

CHARMIAN
Is this the man? Is't you, sir, that know things?

Soothsayer
In nature's infinite book of secrecy
A little I can read.

ALEXAS
Show him your hand.

Enter DOMITIUS ENOBARBUS

DOMITIUS ENOBARBUS
Bring in the banquet quickly; wine enough
Cleopatra's health to drink.

CHARMIAN
Good sir, give me good fortune.

Soothsayer
I make not, but foresee.

CHARMIAN
Pray, then, foresee me one.

Soothsayer
You shall be yet far fairer than you are.

CHARMIAN
He means in flesh.

IRAS
No, you shall paint when you are old.

CHARMIAN
Wrinkles forbid!

ALEXAS
Vex not his prescience; be attentive.

CHARMIAN
Hush!

Soothsayer
You shall be more beloving than beloved.

CHARMIAN
I had rather heat my liver with drinking.

As would I, were it not for the semi self-discipline imposed for these few remaining months, as the urge to spend and acquire is quelled in favour of the savings.

Ridiculous deductions but hilarious error - will it hold? I hope at least that next month's announcement does not trigger what would otherwise go undiscovered. But we must do what we must do. I don't think it is your duty to call attention to it.

Magical Emirates work last night, the stage set for wonder Five inside a year. Outstanding. Someday those photos will hang in a future office.

Not much more to add from Chapters this evening. Just waiting for the time to pass. Sunday could be the day for the initial warning, I think. Something to ponder for the treadmill tomorrow. We'll see. It will be nice when you are above the Atlantic once again. A year from the cigar at Malta.
